Transition Wilmslow is a charity based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. We work together on climate change, biodiversity and health & wellbeing initiatives in Wilmslow and the surrounding area.

We want to help build a community where people join together to help grow food, plant trees and support biodiversity; where everyone feels safe walking and cycling, where we reduce our dependence on fossil fuels through insulating our homes and businesses, and where possible generating power from nature, and where our peat bogs and woodlands are restored to become the carbon sinks we so desperately need to tackle climate change.
